New changes to be fully rolled out by 31 August 2021

Over the last 13 years, Expedient Training have provided Confined Space Training to thousands of candidates in our award winning facilities.

A recent review and update of NOS (National Occupational Standards) has resulted in changes to current  courses resulting in:

• New course code references
• A common single set of qualifications across all industries (including the Water Industry)
• Removal of ‘Refresher’ courses
• Three additional courses
• Extension of courses to cover more job roles
• Higher qualification for Top Person

These new changes will be fully rolled out by 31 August 2021 and will become the standard from the 1st September 2021.

Three brand new courses have been introduced which Expedient will be launching in June 2021:

The new courses become standard from  1st September 2021 and be available to be booked from mid June 2021.

However, until the 31st August Expedient will be running the existing courses which means there is a short time frame that you will still be able to gain the Top Person Award in combination with the Medium Risk entry course(s).
