With the rise of recognition of the importance of safety of employees mental health as well as psychical health socially responsible organisations are putting in place training, procedures and processes to ensure that their people are given the right support.
In order for organisations work towards this, we are providing a free one hour introduction course for Mental Health at Work.
Everyone in the workplace should have a basic understanding of the importance of good mental health and how to identify if themselves or a colleague is starting to experience issues.
This course is suitable for all employees, particularly those who may want to progress onto the accredited FAIB courses to become a leader and influencer around driving changes to help improve mental health at work.
