Established in 2002, Expedient Training has gone from strength to strength.
From our modest beginnings with only 5 employees, the Expedient family has grown. We think it’s only right to give a “nod” to our first training centre which gave us the foundations of who and what you see today.
Expedient Training Services Limited has enjoyed consistent growth both organically and via strategic acquisitions and significant investments.
In 2002, 3 former British Gas employees started Expedient Training with a budget of £1000, offering construction and utilities training. After 4 steady years and an annual £100k contract secured, the portfolio was expanded to include Plant Machinery after the acquisition of another local training company. Further investment was made when the Confined Spaces Training Complex was built in 2007, followed by the introduction of Health and Safety training.
The company now has a strong client base ranging from multinational organisations, SMEs and sole traders. From modest beginnings offering Construction and utilities related training, we now offer an extensive portfolio of over 200 vocational courses.
We are a highly accredited training company and are a certified ISO 9001:2015 business, assuring a high quality service from the outset.
In September 2015, work started on a new £750,000 extension to upgrade our Head Office Training Centre which was completed in January 2016. The new building offers 8 new training rooms, improved candidate and office facilities.
The Practical Training Area for was completed in July 2016 with a further 2 training rooms added, which also weather proof our practical training.
