Our unique in house developed CASCADE software system combines sales activity, course bookings, resource planning, candidate history, reproduction of quality training documentation, registration and certification with the awarding bodies, real time QCF (NVQ) assessment tracking and feedback analysis. CASCADE can work for you by interfacing with your systems to help plan and manage your training needs.
Always open to expand our portfolio, Expedient continues to develop and introduce new schemes and partner when appropriate with other organisations. During 2011 we invested in a new suite of computers giving us the ability to deliver CSCS Health & Safety touch screen tests. We also gained accreditation to deliver the CSCS Site Supervisors and Managers Site Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS and SMSTS) qualifications and for future H&S demands Rescue from Heights and an Asbestos Removal QCF (NVQ).
We continue to work closely with companies to manage their training matrices, seeking and deploying available funding provision where appropriate.
We invest heavily in the development of our trainers, and support staff, who all undertake continuous professional development to ensure they are always up-to-date with current practices and aware of current and upcoming legislation.
