Personal safety; Assessing the incident; Prioritises: DRAB check and sending for help; Unconscious casualty; Breathing and circulation; Resuscitation: Adults; Chain of survival; Introduction to the machine, Practical use of machine & application of pads; Voice prompts and appropriate responses; CPR & use of AED on casualty; General guidelines for using a defibrillator; Protocols and candidate practice; Special circumstances; Hand over to emergency services; Practical exercises
